Win11で起動するのに苦労したので共有。
症状：PPI.exeを起動すると、player.exeから「msvcr100.dll」と「msvcr110.dll」が見つからないため起動できないという旨のエラーが出る。
解決：Microsoft Visual C++ 2010と2012の再頒布可能パッケージをx86版でダウンロードし、インストールする。この際自身のPCがx64だとしても、player.exeの参照先がSysWOW64になるので32bit版のx86を選択する事。
